  • Are the workout programs suitable for everyone?

    Yes! Everyone who would like to be more active and does not have a restriction by a doctor/physician.

  • Do I need equipment in order to do these programs?

    It depends on the program. You may not need anything. But in some programs you might find dumbbells, resistance bands or other attributes helpful. In the program description you will find what you need.

  • If I have any conserns or questions, can I get help?

  • Are the programs only in estonian?

    No, some programs are in estonian, some in english and some in both.

  • Are the programs mobile friendly as well?

    Yes! You can follow the programs both on your computer and on your phone as well. The sparklifefitness.com site is mobile friendly. Only "Anywhere anytime" program is at the moment not downloadable and can only be followed by signing in every time.
